As you travel through the rolling hills of South Central Tennessee, make a stop that will delight
your senses and connect you to the heart of the region. Big Creek Winery, with its tasting rooms in Pulaski and Fayetteville, invites you to experience wines as rich in history as they are in flavor. Owner and vintner Billy Brymer handcrafts each bottle with deep respect for the people, places and memories that shaped his life – and each sip tells a story.
A Taste of Tradition and Tribute Big Creek Winery isn’t just about great wine – it’s about
preserving the spirit of Giles County. Each label reflects a piece of local heritage, making your
tasting experience more than just delicious – it’s a journey through time.

Campbellsville Bears – This delicate Niagara grape wine honors the pride of Campbellsville, Tennessee, a community once home to the Campbellsville Bears of Campbellsville High School. For nearly a century, its school was a pillar of local life, and the name pays tribute to both the place and its folklore of legendary bear encounters. Billy Brymer graduated from Campbellsville High School, making this wine even more personal.

Bodenham Green Hornet – A masterful blend of grape and peach, this wine salutes the
Bodenham School’s Green Hornet mascot. The school, a cornerstone of its community, educated generations of children before its consolidation in 1978-79. For Billy this label is a personal tribute to the school he once attended as a young boy.

Dixie Maid – Sweet, vibrant and bursting with blueberries, Dixie Maid brings back memories
of the beloved drive-in burger joint that served as the social hub for generations of Giles County teens and families.

Moonglo – As flirty and fun as its namesake, this peach wine captures the magic of first dates
and family nights at Giles County’s Moonglo Drive-In Theater. From the 1950s through the
1980s, it was the place to be for double features, fresh popcorn, and a little romance under the stars.

Mohawk – A perfectly balanced pear wine, Mohawk takes you back to the ‘70s and early ‘80s
when a night out meant live music, dancing, and the best of old-time rock ‘n’ roll at The
Mohawk nightclub.

Sam Duncan Reserve – Bold, rich and full of character, this Red Muscadine wine is named in
honor of Sam Duncan, the man who imparted his wisdom and passion for winemaking to Billy.
Just like the vintner himself, this wine is a testament to patience, skill and a love for the craft.

Hunter’s Run – Once home to the James Bomar family, Hunter’s Run was a horse ranch in
Giles County where Billy often visited as a young teenager. It was here that his love for riding
horses began, fostering his dream of one day owning horses himself. This Cranberry fruit wine is a holiday favorite, perfect for enjoying during family gatherings at home or out on the trail.

Charlee – A rare and special limited-edition blueberry wine, Charlee is named for the light of
Billy Brymer’s life – his granddaughter. This wine, like its namesake, brings joy to those lucky
enough to experience it.
